20kHz ultrasonic system for mask body welding automatic production line
Ultrasonic welding converts 50 / 60 Hz electric current into 15, 20, 30, or 40 kHz power by the ultrasonic generator, which is also called an ultrasonic power supply. The high-frequency electric energy is converted into the mechanical energy of the same frequency again through the transducer, and then the booster which can change the ultrasonic amplitude transmits mechanical vibration to the welding horn. The vibration energy received by the horn is transferred to the joint of the workpiece to be welded. In this area, the vibration energy is converted into heat energy by friction, then the fabric parts are melted and joined with each other.
This ultrasonic set has a digital ultrasonic generator with a built-in PLC control system, you can touch the screen of the generator to adjust different setting parameters according to your application. And the generator has a real-time frequency automatic tracking display function to show the real-time operating frequency. The ultrasonic generator has the amplitude division function to provide functions for highly demanding applications. This ultrasonic set uses a free capacitance of 20kHz ultrasonic transducer, which maximum power is 2000W to match the ultrasonic welding generator.
