Principle of ultrasonic welding machine:
when an ultrasonic wave acts on the thermoplastic plastic contact surface, it will produce tens of thousands of times of high-frequency vibration per second. This high-frequency vibration reaches a certain amplitude. Through the upper welding parts, the ultrasonic energy is transferred to the welding area. And because of the poor thermal conductivity of the plastic, it can not be distributed in time and gathered in the welding area, which causes the contact surface of the two plastics to melt rapidly. After adding a certain pressure, it will be fused into one. When the ultrasonic wave stops acting, let the pressure continue for a few seconds so that it solidifies and forms, so as to form a strong molecular chain, to achieve the purpose of welding, welding strength can be close to the strength of raw materials.
