Upper mould goes down to fix EPP into the lower mould and hold for a set period 7. Hot plate goes down to heat the EPP 8. Hot plate goes up after heating for a set period 9. Wrapping mechanism starts to wrap and Wrapping device goes back to its original position 10. Upper mould goes back to its original position 11. Pin cylinder extend out 12. Safety curtain goes back to its original position 13. Take out the wrapped sun visor 14. Repeat the above operation |
